If you have purchased your voucher from a third party recently, the codes are usually activated by 8pm on the next working day following the purchase, however in some cases it can take up to 3 business days for us to received codes from our partner and activate them on our site.
Please ensure you are using the correct code. On most vouchers it is usually labelled the voucher code, but can also be called a Redemption code or Reference code. Please also ensure that you have the characters correct. The best thing to do is to copy and paste the code directly onto our site on the following links for the relevant region to be directed to the correct product:
Please also check your project to ensure that you have the correct product as per your voucher. A good indicator is the value of the voucher, which should match the value of the product being purchased.
If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have issues getting the site to accept the voucher, please forward us the PDF version of your voucher so we can investigate the fault with your code.
