Please note if your order is either damaged in transit or has quality related issues in any part of your order we will always send out a replacement if photographic evidence has been submitted and verified within specified timelines.
For personalised goods that are faulty or different from those you ordered, please contact us within seven days of receipt of your order. Kindly take and attach photos highlighting the issue(s) you have with your order so we can investigate further.
